So I have gotten an Omen Accelerator a few weeks back and it was working perfectly until today. It would not be detected. I have tried countless methods, restarting the installation process, looking on other forums and it still would not be detected. I'm using a HP Spectre x360. Anybody have any clues?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that HP OMEN Accelerator is not getting detected.
I suggest you to try installing the HP Accelerometer as it helped me fix on one of my cases. The following steps will help:
-
Open Windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.
-
When this has completed, restart the notebook.
-
Download and run the HP Accelerometer from this link: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82755.exe

I have a macbook pro 2017, installed windows, connected the accelerator, I can see the external video card in the device manager but the external monitor doesn't turn on, looks like the box is not recognized, when I open the omen software, it says
"realtek lightweight filter driver is not installed"

Thanks again, I've installed the software but didn't work...that package seems to be related to storage devices and the error I'm getting seems to be more related to a realtek driver or a conflict...I don't know what to do :S
