Product: hp omen x 35

Good Evening,

 

Just yesterday I got PS4 Pro and the surprise was mine when I turned it on to my HP Xomen X 35 monitor with an HDMI 1.4 and the display was in 16: 9 format, leaving two black stripes on the right and left and not leaving the screen 100 % complete.

 

Do you know what the problem could be? ps4 pro works well with a omen x 35? is it a problem with hdmi 1.4? 😫

Try with the alternate HDMI cable and check if that and get back to us with the results.
