I'm trying to contact HP support in New Zealand regarding getting a new version 2 cable. I have a x570 AMD chip-set and require a usb hub to run my reverb.

 

I've used the contact page but there is no direct contact details, email, live chat or anything available.

 

How can I get in contact?

I just did this yesterday in New Zealand. It took me a while to figure it out but I think you need to look on the contact page during business hours, it will give you an option to fill out a form and then they will call you back in 10 minutes or less. Just make sure you register your headset on the website

Thanks mate, worked a treat. Went to support during working hours and filled in the form, called me about a minute later. New cable on the way.

I also just followed this process, worked a treat. HP is shipping my replacement cable.
