@Echo_Lake

I’m not sure why the recommendation is to go to HP support, when that is the main reason I posted here in the first place is because HP support was no good.

I’ll reiterate as is seems we can’t get anywhere with support.

I’m in Australia, and I get this message when I attempt to log a support case with my serial number.

"This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."

Have any Australian's been able to get support for this issue?

Has ANYBODY AT ALL been able to get support or a resolution to the sticking controllers?

Hi @Echo_Lake,

Unfortunately I have not received any direct mail or messages to my HP support profile.

When I attempt to get support in Australia, I still get this message (see image below).

The product is under warranty, but I can not get support in Australia for the joystick sticking on my controllers.

"This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."

Please let me know how I can get this resolved.

Thank you.

I have the same problem, my left controller stick remains stuck in the up position.  Is there a lubricant that I should apply or some other fix?
