Hello HP team
I was using HP Reverb G2 headset for over a year now without any issues. Suddenly with no change to configuration it gives me an error: Check your USB cable. Make sure the USB cable is plugged into the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port. Error code: 4-1 .
I did standard trouble shooting according to recommendations that was found on HP forums but nothing helps. It is suggested that cable is faulty. Are there any replacement of cable possible?
