HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

After 2 months my HP Reverb G2 doesn't track correctly, since it is still under warranty I have registered it but cannot get into contact with HP, it always says "Sorry, we are unable to determine if there are any support agent options for your location at this time. You can use other resources below or please try again later" no matter what time I check, and even looking online doesn't help because it always loops back to this, how am I supposed to get into contact with HP so I can RMA this?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
