@MagusUK The device warranty is showing as Active, which means its under warranty and you should contact them using the below steps, if there are any other disputes, you may talk to the agent and get that sorted, also, please delete this image as it contains your personal product information such as the serial number,

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.

Where am I choosing 'Show Options' from on this page, which is where I am after I follow your instructions.  NOTE: headset was originally registered to my HP account, so as soon as I log in with my credentials the page below is what I see.  When I click 'see details', I get the page I posted earlier on this thread.

@MagusUK I suggest you click on phone and talk to an agent who could help you sort this out.

Let me know how that goes.

Yes, that is where I started last Monday, I emailed the support member a copy of my invoice verifying the date of purchase.  HOWEVER, my focus was on getting my faulty headset repaired/replaced and not so much the missing 2-months on the warranty.

I will try to call again on Monday but I wonder if it might be better to wait and get the headset back, in case it has another Serial #?

@MagusUK

Yes, the replacement product will have a new serial#.

Thanks!
