HP Reverb

I have the HP Reverb (not the G2) and am trying to watch movies on it. Everything I have tried only gives me the audio to the movie while the video remains black. This happens in the Windows Mixed Reality desktop, in the SteamVR desktop, In bigscreen, in Virtual Desktop. When I go to netflix or Movies Anywhere or Hulu (on Chrome or Edge it doesn't matter) the movie starts playing and I get the audio and subtitles but no video. I opened a personal video saved to my computer and it ran just fine so I am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction so I can watch movies in VR on things like Netflix and Movies Anywhere.

Thank You!

Hi@tkl24, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

For troubleshooting, the VR headset needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
