I purchased HP USB-C Dock G5 from hp.com store. Hp assistant will not let me use the serial number to register. This is catch 22. Cannot submit support request asking about this because need to first register with serial number. Serial number on order, box, bottom of hub all match. Hp.com sales send me phone number to register but number does not work.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Regard,
Frank
