Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WHY IS IT THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER EMAILS AND OR USES THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND ASKS FOR A RETURN CALL THEY NEVER , EVER GET ONE?

 

I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE OCTOBER 4TH 2019.

 

HP'S ANSWER = ABSOLUTE SILENCE. 

 

WHY??????????????????????????????
