Product: OMEN X 27 240Hz Gaming Monitor

I need to know, if i need an adapter to hung two Monitors (HP Omen X27 and HP U27 4k Wireless) on a monitor mount

 

If yes can i find. them on digitec or galaxus (swiss shop)

or if not, can i take any mount to place them on?
