Product: Hp Omen 800 headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i had the headset for a few weeks now but today i encountered a buzzing sound. The sound can be heard when i plug them in my laptop and when the volume is set to something high on the headset itself on the scroll wheel. I tried uninstalling and installing the realtek hd audio drivers a few times now and it didn't help. Any suggestions that could help will be appreciated thank you.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Have you tried this Headset with other computers?

 

Do you experience the same buzzing noise from the Notebook speakers or is it only with the Headset?

 

If the issue persists with other computers, Please contact HP Support for replacement Headset
