- How can I get in contact with support regarding Reverb?

Hi!
I've recived a broken Reverb (flickering panels, column of dead pixels) and I'd like to return it, but for over a week now it has been impossible to reach support because the support page lists the Reverb as unsupported, and provides no means of contact. I got a random HP support number but the nice lady there could not provide support for the Reverb, but gave me another number - but sadly that number is a dead end with nothing but a long silence before it disconnects.
How do I get in contact with someone at HP who can help me return it?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
