Hello,

I've had the headset for 2 days, and now working fine. And now it won't turn on. Tried different ports, and checked to make sure other VR headsets work on the same PC, and they do, but the HP Reverb screen no longer turns on. I tried rebooting as well.

Do you know who I can talk to? I think it is a cable issue.

I followed your link and selected my Reverb but it says :

"This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."

Now what?

I got my Reverb yesterday and the right screen flickers after 10 minutes of use.

Thanks,

Marstoo
