@Artem11111 Here's all you need to know:

You've done this but need to know if you've held it for 5 seconds,

Holding the right and left mouse buttons for 5 seconds resets the mouse back to default settings for both DPI and LOD (user guide)

If the issue persists, update the firmware: click here to download,

Restart all devices, by disconnecting and then re-connecting, try again.

@Artem11111 Could have been corrupted due to the update, and if the reset is important or the mouse isn't working without having to reset it, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too..

Hang on guys.

@Artem11111  if you have that latest firmware update in your Omen 600 mouse, you can no longer reset the mouse.

The update changes the sniper function and what holding both Left and Right mouse will do.

As a result, resetting is lost and the firmware cannot be restored back to original.

In Riddles defense, they have such a heavy work load with Support, I think he may have simply forgotten about this fact.

Hope that helps explain whats happened. Sorry for the confusion.
