OMEN 27c QHD Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor

Hello Guys,

I've been struggling with this issue for a while. Essentially, when I am playing games and move the camera (or when I am scrolling the mouse when on internet browser, the screen will flicker and the image will slightly distort). Something is clearly not right and I am not sure why. My resolution and refresh settings on the Nvidia control panel and on windows are aligned, my display drivers, firmware and graphics drivers are all up to date and I have G-Sync on but still the issue persists. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Thanks,

Geraint

Hi @gomen27c,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing a display flickering issue with your OMEN 27c QHD Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • Was there any recent update on the PC?
  • Is the monitor connected to an HP PC?
  • Make sure all your drivers including BIOS and Graphic Drivers are up to date on your PC.

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

Update the Monitor Drivers & Firmware Update:

  • Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
