Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-142d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The keyboard that i used previously is T-WOLF T20 Gaming Keyboard that time not usb issue happen about my keyboard.After i purchase HP K500Y Gaming Keyboard,i change my previous keyboard to this new keyboard and result an issue it will randomly disable my keyboard by the LED light is on but i cannot type anything.I go check the device manage and it result unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed) and i try this solution https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Fix-for-Unknown-USB-Device-Dev... it not fixed my issue yet
