OMEN Mindframe Prime
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's been only 2 ~ 3 months that I had the OMEN Mindframe Prime and I already have some issues with it. Here are the issues I encountered with the headset.

1- Mic problem: Every time I adjust my mic, the mic produces a crackling sound.

2- Everything (framerate) slows down and the sound quality gets worse and crackles when I play a game. All audio quality reduces, including game audio, and exterior audio (Spotify, Youtube, etc).

3- Ear- cooling caps don't even work. It just makes the inner metal plate that supports the speakers colder. Witch literally makes condensation.

And here are the things I tested:

Tried plugging the headset into another computer, problem persists

Made the firmware update (didn't work until I switched computer), problem persists

And to end this, just a question, when will the OMEN Frequency release? It's said it will be released this December.

Thank you
