I am actually hoping to get some assistance here as Virtual Assistance, Phone calls, emails and everything else does not seem to work.
I have the OMEN by HP Accelerator Shell - GA1-1013a and have had for a few years,
Without software, using Thunderbolt, my device is seen and is able to be used.
I am able to use the included HDD, and Graphics card, in which windows installs the drivers automatically.
If I "Plug and play" the device works,
The OMEN SOFTWARE does not work, It fails to detect my OMEN by HP Accelerator Shell at all points even though I have a monitor connected to it and it is working.
I am unable to update the firmware leading me to "Contact HP Support"

I have connected the device to bootcamp on the following devices:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) - Technical Specifications (apple.com) - Bootcamp windows 10
I have so far tried installing software before plugging in exactly as per specifications, I have plugging the Omen in and getting everything set up before running the content on the list.
The HP Software and firmware updates just do not work
