Product: OMEN 27i Monitor

Hi, I am having issues with my Omen 27i monitor all of a sudden. It now displays a "Theft mode is Enabled" after working fine for a year. I am unable to access the OSD menu, I tried holding down the joystick button for 10 seconds and nothing happens. I've also tried unplugging the cables, to no avail.
