OMEN by HP Sequencer Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

My Omen Key on the keyboard is acting as if nothing is being pressed. It's not the worst thing in the world, I would just like the keys to function properly. I couldn't find any drivers for the keyboard to fix the issue, and I've had some other recent issues with the keyboard that have finally been fixed, besides this key issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The drivers are up to date, but I guess this is what I get for letting the warranty go out. I can't even seem to get a hold of anyone because the virtual assistant just runs me in circles or suggests that I take it in to Best Buy for me to ship the keyboard to HP.

This keyboard, for being well within the elite keyboard price range, has given me way more trouble than it's worth. The lighting studio has updated terrible laggy effects with it, the basic lighting features in the Gaming Hub are glitchy at best, so I can really only use the lighting built into the keyboard itself any more, even though when I bought this thing a year ago, all of those fun features worked like a dream.

I'm just sad that I fell victim to this being my first "Gaming" keyboard, not knowing how much better quality other mechanical keyboards are.
