Omen reactor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I bought an omen reactor mouse and tried to customize the lighting on the mosue, I didn't know what software to download so I downloaded a ''firmware'' that I found on the hp website, I don't even know what firmware means. I figured out that It was not the right software, so I read the manual for the first time in my life and learned that the right software is the omen command center, I downloaded it from the Microsoft store. but for some reason, after I change the mouse's settings whether its DPI, lighting. or macros, I hit apply but nothing happens. I tried to do it with a different computer but the same error occurred,  this problem really frustrates me and the mouse is still just like how it was initially when I got it out of the box.

You're all using the OCC version 9.2.3.0 correct?

I'm guessing its an issue with the latest update also.

I was able to find an older download of the OCC (ver 8.2.11.0) that may or may not work for the Reactor lighting issue. I uninstalled the latest OCC and installed the old version and it works for my Omen Mindframe headset. So I assume it will work for that mouse too. The older version doesn't have the newest features for the Rewards and such, but perhaps it will get you what you need until HP gets the fix initiated in the next update?

Let me know if it works.  Download Link

BTW:  If you will use the Feedback button on the bottom of the OCC and report whats happening, it will get to the Omen Team faster than if I report it through my channels. The  more "Feedbacks" sent of an issue, the better they will take notice.

Hope it helps.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. This started happening to me last night. I was going crazy trying to get it to work again. I never got it to work but the manual (which can be found online) shows you the button to change DPI and the button combinations to change Polling Rates and the RGB lighting to get you guys by for now.

Good to know. The links above are the same link, so Im a little confuse by the other post. But as long as you got it working, that's all that counts. Thanks for the update.
