Omen 30l
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have recently updated my omen gaming hub for the new light studio, and ever since then my Photon wireless mouse has become jittery and does random movements with no input. It is annoying to deal with.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the mouse is not working correctly after updating the Omen gaming hub.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested the mouse on a different computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the Omen Gaming hub and use the mouse and check whether the issue is resolved. If yes, then download and install the Omen gaming hub from the Microsoft store.
