Omen reactor mouse HSA-P002M
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an Omen reactor mouse HSA-P002M and everything worked perfectly when it came to the lighting settings, now all of a sudden the wheel and hand rest did not have the same color, and when i try to change the wheel colors back to where i had it, it won't respond properly. I can't put any colors from light blue to pink, in the static light settings, when i put one of those colors the wheel changes to green or red, and in the animation lighting it skips those colors and goes back to another one while the hand rest colors work perfectly.

@camila_p Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the Omen reactor mouse lighting not working properly

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

You're all using the OCC version 9.2.3.0 correct?

I'm guessing its an issue with the latest update also.

I was able to find an older download of the OCC (ver 8.2.11.0) that may or may not work for the Reactor lighting issue. I uninstalled the latest OCC and installed the old version and it works for my Omen Mindframe headset. So I assume it will work for that mouse too. The older version doesn't have the newest features for the Rewards and such, but perhaps it will get you what you need until HP gets the fix initiated in the next update?

Let me know if it works.  Download Link

My OCC version is the 9.9.10.0, i have tried uninstalling it and installing the older version you sent but there is no difference, the colors on the mouse wheel are still not working, only red and green (only 1 shade of each, not the whole color range).

When it stopped working i didn't go to the OCC to change colors it just stopped working out of nowhere and i got this mouse in September so it's not that old.

I understand your concerns.

Please update the BIOS and check.

If the issue still persists, please perform the system reset.

Have a nice day!!

I updated the BIOS and the problem is still there, I've tried changing to another laptop to see if it worked differently and still nothing.
