HP 24o 24-inch LED Backlit Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, just have a quick question. Currently gaming on the HP 24o 24-inch LED Backlit Monitor (use it for everyday work too) and I've noticed that the auto adjustment, display mode and image adjust settings in its OSD are not able to be accessed so is there something wrong? Anyone got any help to share? Many thanks.

Welcome to HP support community.

The OSD button could be stuck, check if there are any physical button issues,

If not, perform a power reset on the monitor by turning off,

Disconnect from wall outlet and holding the power button in, then restart and check if it works.

Let me know if that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.

The button for the menu isn't stuck at all, I'm just wondering why I can't access certain settings via the options menu when I press the button. Probably should of stated that in the original post.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
