I have exactly the same problem. The headset arrive two days ago. I used it yesterday. Everything seemed fine, but today it just won't turn on. The USB hub cannot detect anything attached. I unplugged all USB devices, reboot the windows 10, still the same.

I am using Rizen5 2600, 32gb RAM, gpu is Nvidia 1080. All USB3 ports are working at full speed.

I have many years of experience in computer tech. It seems the gadget is just dead.
