Reverb G2 V2
Microsoft Windows 11

I am unable to get HP tech support page to accept the serial number of my Reverb G2V2. I have copied and pasted it from the HP stores email to me when I purchased it and confirmed it matches the serial on the headset. I have manually entered it also, I was able to register it with the serial number but that does not put the product onto my accounts  products dashboard.

This means any issues I have, including warranty needs are unavailable to me because HP requires that serial number for all tech support contact. I have contacted sales and requested they fix it or give me an RMA to return it. I will not be dealing with this issue 6 months from now if I need a warranty repair.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I want to thank you for taking the time to speak to us today. Your business means a lot to us. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
