Why be aggressive if inside 12 months you’re under warranty, just contact HP support, they replaced mine just outside warranty, all your aggression is gonna do is stress you out, chill and contact them

The same thing happened to me. But they refuse to help me. So we basically bought a temporary product. From what I understand it is a very widespread issue and is associated with overheating. Since HP refuses to help then I am just going to buy another headset from another company. I would suggest the same. Any replacements are guaranteed to stop working as well.
