omen mindframe prime
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought recently omen mindframe prime. But from first monent that i pluged headphones in to pc i was able to hear noise coming from headphones. (not from mic) Noise is reamining even if i mute sounds on my pc or disable mic. I tried headphones on anoter computers with same result. I have OMEN control center instaled. (I have sidetone turn off) Noise in headphones is reamaing static even if i change volume. So noise can be overpowered by sound. But it is annoining when you are not listening anything or on low volume.

Is there any way to fix this?
