I want to sent in my headset for repairs, under warranty. The warranty link from HyperX sends me to HP, but HP doesn't accept my product code. What do I do?
Product : HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset
Also, is there a general support mail I can use? Every link sends me to the same page where I have to fill in a product which I cannot choose.
(The category is wrong but I have to choose something, nothing fits my problem)
