Product: Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am unable to register or open a warranty claim on an HP Reverb G2 that I purchased directly from the HP Store on March 25, 2021. I repeatedly get an error saying that the serial number is invalid.
The headset cable has malfunctioned and I receive Error Code 4-1 (Check your USB cable). I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, with no change. I have tried a cable from another HP Reverb G2 and it works fine, so I am positive the cable is defective.
I can provide order number information for the purchase from the HP Store upon request so you may verify the device I need warranty support.
Please contact me ASAP.
