OMEN SEQUENCER KEYBOARD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I plugged in my new OMEN Sequencer keyboard but I see that the backlight on each key is on for just the upper section and not the underneath one. My keys have lights only on the upper section. Are the keys working properly? I think I should see the light on the button section as well. Am I wrong?

Thanks and Regards,

Sabrina

@SabrinaManni

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

You mean the keys on the lower part of the keyboard do not have the Backlight ON? The keys on the lower part of the keyboard do no light up?

All the keys should actually light up

Keep me posted

@KrazyToad

I mean only the top of each key is illuminated. As you can see in the picture, each key has only the light at the top and not at the bottom. Hope that it was clear.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi @SabrinaManni

The picture is not very clear. Can you please post a video for a better understanding of the keyboard functioning?
