actually, im having trouble finding the brackets that are put on the hp computers in the videos you showed me, that makes it compatible with every cooler right/

You saw what TechNitWit did, so I would say, yes, that makes it compatible, in principle, with every cooler.

 

Remember: follow the instructions, look at the product links below the Vid, get the correct M3x16mm screws, and make sure you get/use the WHITE stand-offs with the Intel brackets as shown in the third product picture in this link, for example: https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D9L-Premium-Cooler-NF-A9/dp/B00QCEWTAW/ref=pd_vtp_strm_d_sccl_2_5/1....

 

There's not a whole lot to it -did I mention to just follow the instructions?
