Product: HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset Developer Edition VR1000-001nn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there. I bought a HP VR-1000 WMR headset without knowing that the version I bought didn't include motion controllers. I have tried bying some from the parts store, but it seems that HP doesn't sell them there. They don't seem to be available elsewhere online either. What do I do?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
