Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

G2 reverb v2 cable replacement in Hp Support Turkey  cant deliver. Forces me to refund. I would like to use this supposedly superb headset for architectural purposes. But with an AMD system i am forced to use a V2 cable which as everyone knows Hp Official has made an announcment to replace the v1 cable with v2 but my countries support leaves a bad mark on HP's reputation. I even said that i can pay for it. Thats how much i would like to use the headset. Can anyone help from the officals with this unacceptable issue ?

I assume you need this part: HP Reverb G2 VR headset cable 6 Meters L72080-002/M52188-001(Version 2/Rev 2).

Yeah i know that i can get a hold of a v2 cable one way or another. But i need to buy it from hp to benefit from warranty due to widely known relaibility issues. Even then its not fair that i pay for a decleared ' free replacement ' from hp but i digress.
