Hi:

 

The only way you can find that out would be to run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below.

 

HP uses memory from several different manufacturers and the memory that is installed in any particular notebook is what they had on hand at the time of manufacture.

 

Your notebook's Ryzen 5 3550H processor cannot run the memory any faster than 2400 MHz.
