Product: Omen 30L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new Omen 30L Desktop Gaming PC keeps crashing when playing PC games such as Warzone or Apex. It used to work fine without issues until I decided to update to the new BIOS update provided from HP system update.

 

Now everytime I start playing Warzone or Apex, or any game for that matter, it automatically crashes the game during midgame. Any help would be appreciated.

@havocdeath , welcome to the Community.

 

If you haven't done so you should check to see if there are any patches for the games.  I have found this to be a problem over the years.  Also, check the temperature of your CPU and GPU after the crash.  Overheating can cause the games to crash.
