Hello @sami211,

I came across your post about the Startup Menu, and wanted to help!

to start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

Usually, to get into that menu, you would need to press the Esc Key, about every second, during startup.  Are you having any issues with the keyboard at all?  In the meantime, you can try updating, or restoring the BIOS.  You can use the following document to assist you, if needed.  Please let me know how it goes: HP Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS
