AIO Pump RGB doesn't light up

All very curious. Here in France, i got mine 45L a couple of weeks back and it has lights all over it including this one on the process you don't seem to have. 

I personally couldn't give a stuff about the light stuff - don't understand the purpose so turned mine all off (!) but I feel for you. If you're given the impression they are supposed to be there, they should be!

It must be a batch issue. The replacement I got today was extremely dusty inside. Like a thick layer of dust I had to clean.

Again, it's not a big deal. I'm sure I could wire the AIO to the RGB panel at the back.

The issue is more of, this is what was sold. Like you get the option to turn yours off. Some of us don't get that option.

When paying over 2K for a PC you want to demand attention to details.

Completely agree with you - there's no reason for it not to be present and functional, and indeed it SHOULD BE. As far as I can tell you have effectively paid for something you haven't got! 

Id be quite insistent with them that you should recieve some sort of rebate... Explain you're going to have to pay for the wiring /ligting yourself and want 50 back to cover your costs.

Wow. I just called them. Wasn't even expecting much. Thought they'd give me a coupon or something. 

They were super nice. They applied a credit back to my card.

Talk about good customer service.
