I am looking to upgrade my BIOS on Omen 30L Gt13-1xxx

I'm sure we can check for a newer BIOS update for your PC.

However, GT13-1xxx is a generic product number. It is advisable to not use a generic product number when looking for driver updates.

This HP Site has instructions on finding the specific product number or serial number of your PC.

Then post the Product Number in this thread or you can use the product number or serial number at this HP Site to check for BIOS updates.

Thanks for your response Bill_To. I have the GT13-1000a. I downloaded BIOS Update F.13 Rev from the HP Website however it would not let me install it unless I turned off my Anti Virus as well as turn off my Memory Integrity (which I can't turn back on) as well as my Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist (which is now back on). After doing so I noticed the BIOS was still not updated good enough for COD Black Ops 7 in which I eventually found a program that updated it to BIOS F.24. This fixed the problem for COD. Today while my son was on the computer it turned off and blinked and would not come back on without unplugging the power cord. I loaded the security settings at the BIOS Page before starting Windows and chose to return all security including TPM to default settings. I thought that would remove the BIOS and TPM however its still at F.24 and so far as long as I have been on it this past hour and a half I haven't had any problems. COD still hasn't dropped yet, I guess its later for the PC I'm not sure. I would like to know how I can turn my Memory Integrity back on if possible and if you have any other suggestions to make sure I did everything right and that the PC doesn't crash out again. Thanks so much Bill_To for everything. Its rare people like you who make this world an amazing place!

My pleasure.

Good to see BIOS version F.24 fixed the gaming problem.

And setting BIOS to defaults should enable all security settings. But verify BIOS virtualization is enabled.

Having to turn off A-V software and Memory Integrity to install a HP BIOS update is not normal.

I don't know why you had to turn off either security feature to install a BIOS update. Maybe Windows Security did not like the programming code HP used when compiling the F.13 BIOS update?? 🤔

Try all troubleshooting tips at this Site to see if you can enable Memory Integrity.
