After windows update, I have started getting prompts at startup in a blue screen with the following message:
Invalid or missing product information
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (OOA) - Product Name, Product Serial Number, Product Number
For more information. please visit:

The link does not help with the issue. I see similar posts but none of them have a resolution.
How can the information be entered into the BIOS?
Thanks!

My problem isn't with BIOS updates! I do not have a record from HP for the extended warranty I paid for! I keep receiving a message that my warranty has/is expired! I paid for an extended warranty, I paid for an extended warranty, I paid for an extended warranty, I paid for an extended warranty, I paid for an extended warranty. Here's hoping the redundancy in my message cuts through to a human being that can resolve my WARRANTY ISSUE AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS! I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AFTER THIS UNLESS IT"S RESOLVED!

@JADN you might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other component.
To resolve this issue, contact HP using the Contact Support tab at the top of this screen. You will be asked to provide the fourteen-digit System Board Commodity Tracking (CT) Number. Use the steps in one of the following sections to find the CT Number:
