So I've already decided to install a SSD and picked one (SATA) to upgrade my PC's performance (HP Omen 870-224 vanilla).
Now I want to know what would be the best choice:
Memory? Double it from 8GB to 16GB
Upgrade the Graphics Card? (would need to keep it under $200 budget if so)
Upgrade the Processor to Intel i7.
Thoughts? I can do the work, but I'm not best at picking the best upgrade.

It would be foolish to advise you without knowing the reason. For example, recommending a GPU usually means "game-play". Then you handicap with a $200 budget for the card, but what about the new PSU to power that card? You already have a GTX 1060, so lets jump to the GTX 1080 and a new PSU (600-650W), that is just minimum of $475. What about that new I7-7700? That will cost $350. 2x8GB Gaming ram (the max) another $97. So, lets see, now you are at about $1000.00
