Product: OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1000a (ID 1Z1B6AV)

I updated the bios per the request of the hp support centre. After the update, my computer resarted, but nothing came up. All I got was blank screens. I was unable to use input from the keyboard.

Hi

 

Avoid BIOS updates from HPSA or Windows Update in the future. Avoid all HP Firmware updates from Windows Update.

 

Sorry to see this. Can't provide a fix but can direct you towards this end. You have no video and lack USB I/O. The PC's BIOS is corrupted.

If your PC is in warranty, then contact HP Support https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop 

 

Find a local PC tech who can reprogram the BIOS if you are out of warranty. If interested in this option then watch this video for details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pyp6XtqbdSU
