Avoid BIOS updates from HPSA or Windows Update in the future. Avoid all HP Firmware updates from Windows Update.
Sorry to see this. Can't provide a fix but can direct you towards this end. You have no video and lack USB I/O. The PC's BIOS is corrupted.

If your PC is in warranty, then contact HP Support https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop
