Im getting sound from the fan, I started a test using hp diagnostics and it resulted in cpu fan speed test failure, now can I get agent to repair it?

Behenchod gandus HP people I am having the same issue on my HP Pavillion Ryzen 5 gaming laptop !! CPU fan speed test failed, It's just 3 years old laptop assholes !! If you don't know how to manufacture quality laptops then why the **bleep** don't u close down ur shop ?! 😡😡😡
