I'm wondering if able to install a graphic card into my pc, specifically a RX 580. I just want to be completely sure that it's possible.

@CanOfBeans , welcome to the forum.
The main problem that you will have is the power supply unit (PSU). It is only 180W. The RX 580 requires a PSU with at least 500W and 1x8-pin supplemental power connector. Look at all of the specifications for the card in the link that I provided. Upgrading the PSU is also a problem. The main power is only a 4-pin connector. The only way to use a standard ATX PSU is to find a standard ATX 24-pin to 4-pin adapter and I haven't been able to find one of them.
