Here is an HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card to your computer. Once you have read the article you will have the information to determine if the card will fit into the space provided for it. You have to make certain there is adequate space to allow for good airflow. The motherboard has the following slot for the video card: One PCI Express Gen 3 x16
This will be able to accommodate the RTX 3060 if the space is good in the case and your power supply unit (PSU) has enough power and supplemental power cables.
