@Girbiderb , welcome to the Community.

 

Here are the "Product" and "Motherboard" specifications for your computer.  If you look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information" you will find a list of compatible processors.  These processors have been tested to ensure that they are fully compatible with your motherboard.  If a processor is not on the list it is most likely not compatible.  HP has their motherboards made to their specifications.  Therefore, they are necessarily the same as a retail board.

 

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.  Once you read the article you will have a better idea if the 3060 Ti will work.  You will have to upgrade the power supply unit (PSU).  The 3060 Ti requires a PSU with 600W and

Supplementary Power Connectors1x PCIe 8-pin (adapter to 1x 12-pin included)

to operate properly.  The PSU in your computer is 500W and the specifications don't mention any supplemental power connectors.
