I cannot add bluetooth devices anymore (it used to work just fine)
I did the following:
Checked services: bluetooth devices on automatic and working.
In Windows it is set to on and detectable.
If I want to connect my phone or a headset, nothing shows up.
Everything is of course in pairing mode.
On my Windows 11 Omen laptop, it seems to work fine.
I have done all the diagnostic tests and the results were all fine.
I have reinstalled Windows 11 and this didn't help.

No, it still doesn't work.
I appreciate your efforts but since there is a year of warranty on this product, it will become the problem of my supplier next week. Today I tried to connect a wireless mouse and even this wouldn't work with its dedicated adapter.

Hello @pieterbatenburg
Take time and follow this guide before you contact your supplier ...
How to Fix It When Windows 11 Bluetooth Is Not Working
Kind regards

Well, I tried everything.
I followed every guide I could find on the internet.
I bought a driver updater and updated all my drivers.
I used all the HP programmes to check everything.
As far as I can conclude, everything seems to be running fine.
I tried to connect all the devices with my Omen laptop. They connected all without any problems within seconds.
Also with my much older private laptop.
But connecting anything to my Omen 30L. No luck.
It used to work perfectly fine. So what it is? I think something may have broken on the motherboard.
Really no idea what else it could be. The Omen 30L seems to work fine otherwise.
Thanks anyway for your efforts. I really appreciate it.

Hello @pieterbatenburg
Since when does this bluetooth problem occur ? We should check the Windows update history.
Please send screenshot of <Windows update history>

I am not exactly sure. However, I reinstalled Windows yesterday and it installed the latest version so going back isn't an uption.
I think that it stopped working a couple of months ago. I remember trying to get my headset working (which was added much earlier) and I couldn't get it to work. That was in the middle of a meeting and I forgot about it later.
I ordered a Bluetooth adapter and that will arrive on Tuesday. I'm curious if that fixes the problem. Usually I am able to fix practically all Windows problems with the help of YouTube and people like you.
If this problem continues, it is HP's problem since there is another year of warranty on the computer.
