Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-00xx with TPC-P001K keyboard built in
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Cannot reverse the FN Key behaviour. That is, action keys need pressing FN key and function keys does not need pressing anything else.
I found action keys options in BIOS solutions. Not such options in my BIOS.
I found keys combination solution. Not working for me.
My processor is AMD Ryzen.

Press the FN key, and the Pad Lock key at the same time.
To disable FN Lock:
Press the FN key, and the Pad Lock key at the same time again.
(The Padlock key has a picture of a padlock, it's at the top right of the keyboard.)
